1. Grenades don't show up as 'equipped' like weapons. You select which type you want to be able to throw and you still have your equipped weapon in hand.
2. Are you holding the 'T' key down? A quick tap of 'T' is quick melee - you have to hold it down for a second or two in order to throw a grenade.
Well, Bethesda you can make it where NOTHING works in this game, and I'm STILL not going to buy that abortion of a game.
Did you change the bash key?
Also I keep having a hard time posting comments on the forum, especially if there is criticism of Bethesda involved. Keep getting those little red notes....."a "problem occured".....
As for the comments, that seems to be some problem with the forum losing track of the post being written. You can refresh the page and post exactly the same thing immediately afterwards, and it posts just fine.
On the other hand the problem with ADA has completely ruined that DLC, and being unable to summon a vertibird has ruined the BOS experience. I'm really starting to think Bethesda is gunning for FO4 to take some of the negative spotlight off FO76. At this point I wouldn't trust Bethesda with a burnt out match. Time to start a new character I think, and see how many of these problems repeat themselves.
The wiki entry for the "A New Threat" quest suggests a couple of possible fixes for the radar beacon problem, but I've no idea if they're of any help to you. It suggests both storing/scrapping and then replace/rebuilding the robot workbench, and "killing" and reviving Ada; I've no idea whether survival mode makes any difference to that.
Punching is a weird result for the grenade part; a throwing action with nothing in hand would make sense, but a punch makes it sound like it's doing a bash instead of a grenade throw. If you do it with someone in front of you, does it bash them?
