I don't know why he died, there are no other dead bodies around him. I saw him dead when I returned to Warick.

I killed everybody at Finch Farm when I turned it into a raider settlement. I felt kinda bad about it after first rescuing Jake, but, well, I guess thats life ....... and death. I had to play full out raider once just to see the results. I dont really like being a raider.
