The Memory Den Quest

So, much of you guys sure know: Theres a quest named "The Memory Den" wich will bring Shaun's kidnaping.

This quest will only work if you visit Goodneighbor before Rescue Nick Valentine. If not, it will gone forever.

In other words, i just miss this quest, but just not done Dangerous Minds yet. Im looking for a way to do this quest on the Survival difficulty (Cant use console comands), Is there any Mod or way to make this possible?

That quest only works before you if you ''do'' the Kellogs memory quest later on ,

The quest works until you rescue Nick Valentine from Vault 114, after that, Irma will tell you that that they arent bringing service for now.

Happen that i got a YouTube Channel were im doing all the Main Quest and Side Quest in the game, and i dont want to miss this one.
