Btw, there was actually a cut-content monster in New Vegas that was actually named "Gojira" (which is the Japanese name for Godzilla).

But i don't think the Deathclaw was based off the Godzilla, because the very first concept art for the Deathclaw was more of a wolf-monkey thing, but modeling a body covered with furr was near impossible back then, when the first fallout game was released.
