could also be an item from a mod that fell on the ground there, and u disabled the mod afterwards, permanently causing this location to have an issue until you re-enable that missing mod
If you guys can sort that out, I'm sure you'll find the culprit and let the mod maker know it needs an update (if the maker is still active).
If the maker is no longer active, it would be best to manually clean out the left over files that's causing the crash around Olivia. The trick is finding out what you have in common.
So on that note, compare your mod lineups (if you still can do that).
Since OP mentioned having removed mods, that could mean a left over file (or multiple files) that needs to be manually removed.
This is a common "cleanup" issue that seriously needs to be addressed to prevent this kind of issue from reoccurring even when mods have been removed.
I remember this experience from years ago when I made mods and modded a different game which was made by Digital Anvil and published by Microsoft. (Freelancer).
Even after deactivating the mods, I always found left over files from those mods.
Those are the files you have to look for.
I am sorry, but there is no easy way around it except with the assistance of someone who is familiar with modding this game.
That happens a fair bit. If you're not in the area for long enough, it'll automatically reset. This'll remove corpses, dropped items, respawn enemies etc. That'll quite often fix crashes due to dodgy objects or actors, ince they've been removed and replaced.
Edit: I used the console command TCL (no-clip) and tried opening the door to station from the opposite side of the door, but it wouldn't let me, so I entered tcl again and entered normally and it didn't crash this time. I don't consider that fixed though. When I start my second playthrough I'll install at least some bug fix mods so if anyone knows of some that fix this ctd, please let me know. Also any recommendations would be appreciated too.
Unfortunately, you'll have to accept weird things like that in Bethesda games. They happen all the time and trying to figure out the source is a real pain.
Even if you don't want to use mods, I'd recommend downloading the Unofficial Patch. It fixes an insane amount of bugs and other little issues.
i had this same problem on GTX660, game crash in mutch of spots in game, Its problem with your graphic cards drivers, just reinstal and you can play
P.S. second thing its adding lines in your cfg for mods

This is not 2018, this is 2021. If and when you want to find out why you are crashing then use Buffout 4 mod.

The crash logs will tell you which mod is causing the crash.
