Is it possible to use BodyGen for random npc bodies AND still be able to morph in game?

Or once you use bodygen, does that set the bodies to a preset and not allow you to further alter them with in game sliders using Looksmenu? Is there a way to have randomised bodies and morphs? Or even a way to randomise every npc except for a select few who I want to do manually?

I use Cbbe and bodyslides, what I do is create two different bodies. I first use the body of npc's hit batch and create all clothes to fit that body. Then use my body and hit batch while unchecking boxes I don't want changed. Takes a little while but able to have my own separate body look with clothes doing it like that.
