Mods that expand settlement building borders?
Back when I played this game on PS4, one issue I had was certain settlements having really small build space. Jamaica Plain being the most annoying since there is plenty of space that would be cool to build off of. But its limited to like 2 buildings.

So is there a mod that expands the borders of settlements to allow more build room?

Also completely unrelated, but is there a mod that replaces the UI text for PS4 buttons instead of the usual xbox ones?

The boundaries for settlements are actual 3D meshes, so at most you could only make them larger in the Creation Kit. This works, I've done it to Covenant and several others, but some also have other factors I'm a bit fuzzy on (it's been a while) that govern whether simply increasing the boundary is enough.
There are zone boxes that have to be resized and moved so they don't overlap, IIRC, and that's tricky.

"Cheat Terminal" will expand area up to 2X, + a lot more.

I don't know - maybe you could try searching.

Something like using the terms Settlement Borders Expanded maybe?
