Far Harbour: lvl 20: on screen Message to contact Valentines Detective Agency in Diamond City, IF you have freed Nick. If not, this meassage will diplay AFTER you have freed him. OR you can go the the Residence yourself on the far norteast on the map and talk to the Nagashki (?) family yourselv after lvl 20.
Nuka World: lvl 30: again signal on your Pip Boy Radio. Then you get the map Marker for the transit area.
Theese 3 are the DLC with quests / areas.
Contraption DLC are applied at once next time you load after installing it, same for Workshop DLC. No quests, just more build options.
