Melee self damage bug

So after installing some mods and playing for a while.
I found what I can perform seppuku. Each swing does damage and if a weapon has too much damage, I just die.
Was fun for a while. Also, I can see a name of my character in VATS.
After getting to the main menu and typing *coc qasmoke* or loading my old save file(Before escaping the vault 111) I get nothing like that. No issue. Something is wrong with a save file.

I'm sorry that I can't help directly, but I just wanted to say I liked your usage of "Seppuku"; as I used to utilize it in Battlefield games - after accidentally blowing myself up with a Grenade/etc - I would type "I commit Seppuku so you no kill me", to which many would respond "LOL"... It was good times.

Oh, I can sort of help, with an idea: with Mods, remove all of them, then play a little, adding one Mod back in, one at a time, until the issue recurs. This might help isolate the 'trouble' Mod. Just a Suggestion, of course.
Also, anything with 'Scaling' or 'Damage' adjustment might be a first suspect, but that is just speculation.

Well. Deathwish swings are gone for now. I removed 2 mods. Concealed armor and one clothing mod (Shino's something...)
