"That's not true, it is a damage based system to limbs like all fallouts, but with the new power armor system you no longer take limb damage in power armor and it applies to the armor durability of the limbs themselves. It seems like a natural extension of the perk, and that would make the perk much more useful than it seems. I was curious if anyone had first hand experience with this perk to shed some light on it."
I never got crippled inside Power Armor... so maybe power armor is giving 100% limb dmg resistance already...
But in the other hand... maybe this perk increases PA damage resistance in some way?
What a mess... Im clueless!.
