Complete Quest Objective with Console?

Is there any way to complete a specific quest objective with the console?

I just started on Nuka World on my save and Mags has bugged out (also mason). She's just telling me to do work, not letting me actually talk with her.

The reason I'm not using complete quest is cause it doesn't start the next quest in the line.

I don't recommend it, as there's obviously more to do in that quest. I only use setstage for short quests in Skyrim, such as Thane of this or that, to get the housecarls.

For larger quests where there's more to do, just do it. If she's telling you to do work, you haven't met the objective. Do more work.
On the other hand, if you've got the "Completed: Return to whoever", and she's not doing right, your game is broken and you need to either reload a save or further back and try again, or you need to go back to the intro with a new game entirely. Not a "save I made in character creation", but all over from the start.

Look up the quest by name on the Fallout wiki. It will show the QuestID and tghe numbers for the various stages of the quest.

I had been googling, I was just finding the command to complete the whole quest, not just missions.

The console commands for messing with quests can fail. I don't know why. Something in the quest itself doesn't respond properly. You may not be able to complete the quest. If SetStage won't work, it is unlikely that CompleteQuest or ResetQuest will work. I hope, for your sake, it wasn't a main story quest or that you have a save from prior to accepting the quest.

I had a save, the game saved over it. And it's the main nuka world wuest to meet the leaders..

That is unfortunate. I am sorry. Do you have any earlier saves? I make a habit now of creating additional saves other than the game's autosave. Too many still extant bugs like you've experienced to feel safe with just one save.

No, it saved over it. The one before the deleted one is in the gauntlet, and that one was a bugged save.

Not only that, he dug up a topic full of wrong information.

Telling someone to go use console commands aint helping, especially when he comes back and says it aint working. At that point if he wanted to help he should have looked the quest up and given him the right ids to use.

Instead he fed the OP some brahminshit about console commands not being able to reset or complete a quest in progress.
