How to turn off motion blur?
Finally playing in third person, and motion blur makes my stomach feel bad. Which setting turns it off?

Motion Blur can be turned off in the game launcher settings, its a checkbox

another way to disable it is to set bMBEnable=1 to 0 in the fallout4prefs.ini

I have motion blur unchecked but I'm still getting something similar, especially on melee weapons and the pip boy when it's inactive and just on my arm.

Might be dof or lens distortion. Both are artificial effects that don't exist in the real world.

yea its DOF, you can disable that too but not 100% pipboy interface and cut scenes will still have it.

To disable it, change bDoDepthOfField=1 to 0 in the fallout4prefs.ini
