Anyway to stop the power armor beeping when it's out of juice? It's really annoying, and I don't want to join the BOS or wait for mid-game.

You would have to mod or remove the sound file, And there is none I know of off hand.

Without mods? No. Either recharge it or don't use it until you can get more cores.

Remember that Fusion Cores are counted as ammo. Scrounger perk will increase the rate you find them.

Do without. Cores will show up quickly enough.

Seriously, In six or seven games I think I'e only used two fusion cores up. I think I currently have 30+ full ones stashed and another 5-6 from 25%-99%.

I have never found carla with no Cores available. just lucky, I guess.
