Edit: It has a police department somewhere on 6th street. Source: I used to live in the area.
Cant find the video, But there is this comparison one;

Anyways this feels like kicking a horse that's already down so ignore my nonsense. Lol
So what are you going to trust instead. A youtube video? That anyone can post and spout any nonsence they want? With the wikis, if someone posts garbage, someone else will correct it soon. Because there are actually gamers that like to help and don't live to grief
Some commercial sites like IGN have guides, but they are never updated anymore. They exist to generate clicks and have superficial info. The Fallout 4 wiki does suck. But the Fallout 3 wiki is an amazing wealth of info. Anythig/everything you could know is there.
Just saying
While guides are nice and help you save on time simply playing the game is usually sufficient enough. Make a save (or several) experiment and then reload once you figure things out. The wiki often times contains flawed and opinionated information. In regards to gaming it's usually accurate enough to not matter. In many other areas it's a wasted effort.
Same goes with script extender refrences, Their only library is on that same wiki. So you see, There might be some people you can BS on these forums, But I'm not one of them.
Off topic and said post was answered anyways.
