('Grand Slam' is the name of magic effect DN070_EnchWorldSeriesBatKnockdown, which uses DN070_WorldSeriesBatEffectScript.psc)
Effect fires on hit if GetRandomPercent<7 (so 7% chance) AND the enemy doesn't have the keyword DN070_WorldSeriesBatKnockdownEffect_ExclusionKeyword.
That keyword is added by the script, so if an enemy is knocked by the bat, then that enemy can not be knocked again.
Script plays the sound UIPerkGrandSlamHit (bat hit + cheering)
Luck affects how far enemies will be pushed.
