Fusion core for noobs
Well still pretty new to the game. I got a first fusion core in the concord museum basement and emptied it without really realizing it. I played 3-4 hours after that in-game and got a second fusion core in red rockets.

Now I'm wondering it it worth it to start back again and avoid losing the fusion core, before it gets empty... Looking for more advice.

I received some very good advices from an experienced fallout 4 veteran, but still looking to see what others people think.

I flattened the first core fighting the first Deathclaw inexpertly and left the power armour standing up on the museum roof as a monument to my naiveté.

It's no biggie: other fusion cores are available, and the caps are easy enough to come by.

I will simply go throught my acual game. It's my first game and I intend to experience as much as possible from it so that mean using everything I can use.

Thanks again to all the people that answered my questions. Others people who just argue about things are really out of context and not related to my questions...

Good doctor is not really made for sneaking around and taking beatings outside of his Power Armor.

Scrounger perk, for ammo and Nuclear Cores.

I burn a lot of caps to shipments - mainly on wood - so I prefer finding ammo and NCs for trade and use.
Wich such low SPECIALS do you upgrade them as you level up ?

I took +1 to strength for Blacksmith (to craft more mods for Automatron robots) and +1 to Perception (after +1 from bobblehead nearby) for Locksmith.

I haven't seen any need to increase SPECIAL stats otherwise. Of course each of them will get +1 from bobble heads as well.

Edit: That might of course chance, once I run out of INT and CHA perks to take.

Remember bobbleheads only go to 11 if the stat is 10 when you get the bobblehead
merchants cell power cores for 500 caps each.
its really not that much considering all the loot you can get thanks for your power armor

Note that price is affected by Charisma. I usually buy them at 240 caps and sell nearly drained back at 160 caps.
