Furious Ranged Weapons

Not counting mods, cheats, or the two handmade rifles in Nuka World, has anyone here actually found a Furious ranged weapon? I can't say I ever have, myself, and I'm almost certain they don't exist

people constantly talk about how much they love their ranged furious weapon. but i know that like 80% of people just cheat their weapons in anyway

edit: it's also marked under the wiki as being for "all" weapons, probably because of the handmade rifles

The only two Furious Ranged Weapons are the two Handmade Rifles.

Similarly, there's only one "Bloodied" Ranged weapon, the Survivor's Special, and it makes a pretty good weapon for Strong, though not as good as really... Any decent sledge/Super Sledge.

And yes, most people cheat their way to Furious ranged weapons, "But it's not cheating!!! its a Mod!!!! Mods aren't cheating!!!!"

It's cheating. get over yourself.

Sorry for necroing this, but i find kinda hilarious saying like furious ranged weapons is cheating while the splatter cannon and the other furious handmade rifle are the best auto/semi rifle of the entire game, man it has the dmg of a full lever action rifle in semi automatic with base 20 ammo per reload. If i can be fair, i would remove those 2 legendaries of the game for being game breaking weapons.

Just rare, due to the amount of legendary effects... and where they are on the list. It's why you wind up drowning in ghoul slaying, mutant slaying, and troubleshooter weapons at times.

The only real way to tell is to go into the code and look at what is allowed and not allowed.

Simply because RNG is evil. I see a two shot hunting rifle like maybe once every 3-4 games.

Well, many legendary effects on some weapons your char can use for their current build can be very rare. Like a Two Shot Gauss Rifle if you are playing a sniper build. After 9 runs, it has only dropped once for me. And my char was not using a sniper build. :P

My favorite was getting a radium rifle with irradiated.... really helps with higher level bosses and legendary mobs that take radiation damage. Only problem, I got it on a melee character so I know that pain.

In regard to the game's internal rules, the normal process for random generation of legendary items restricts Furious to melee and unarmed weapons.

The two handmade rifles in Nuka World are an exception due to being pre-placed by the developers, rather than produced by the random legendary generation process. Nuka World gives us a similar placed exception with Aeternus, a legendary gatling laser (heavy weapon) with the Never Ending effect, which is restricted to pistols and rifles for random generation.
