[Solved] Power Armor Helmet = Face Missing... No Mods installed..?

Just wondering if anyone has run across an issue where the PA helm (and the face) is missing, as in completely invisible and see-through... I am not running with any Mods.

Getting out of the PA = all is OK (I can see my own head and see the Helmet on the inactive PA.

I tried reloading and restarting the game, but have not Verified Cache yet (I will go do that now, in Steam)...

The only thing I can think of, is that this is a Power Armour I put together from slain BOS Knight pieces, as in this playthrough the BOS is destroyed.

Anyone know if this is a 'known issue' or not?

If I may Solve my own issue, as it were, I think I found out what was causing it...

I have no Mods, so there were none to Disable/Delete/Remove, so I started to Troubleshoot the game itself - what is the problem? What isn't showing? What is showing?

Since it is an issue with the Helmet, I tried a different Helmet = same thing.
I tried removing all my Apparel off of my head (since I had some on) = FIXED (helmet is seen and Lamp works again - the Lamp was also not working right)
So, I tried to put on my head Apparel one-by-one (Goggles, Bandana, then Hat) = OK until I put on the Militia Hat...
I also sometimes wear the Militia General's Hat, but there was no problem with that - but as soon as I put on the Militia Hat and get into a Power Armour - it messes up and turns into the image above.

It doesn't really make sense, since I have another Character (Female/Nora) that has a Militia Hat on, and it does not exhibit this issue when she gets into Power Armour.

Anyway, I found out what it was (putting on Militia Hat and getting into PA), so I will mark this as Solved. Hopefully this can still help others that run into this issue or similar - try Troubleshoot what component is giving an issue and see what happens... GL

Epilogue:
Thinking about it, I was wearing the BOS Power Armour when I battled the BOS, wiping them out as a Faction (in this Playthrough, I play the BOS in another Playthrough/Character).
I wonder if my Helmet got 'busted/damaged' while in combat with them. Then, as part of the many Flags in the game code, that 'the BOS does not exist anymore' or 'these BOS components do not exist anymore', then perhaps something got caught in the cross-talk and my Helmet is conflicting with my Militia Faction components...
These are just 'shots in the dark', thinking out loud about what might be causing this issue, but anyway, there it is - I just can't wear a Militia Hat and get into Power Armour (on this Character).
