fo4 missing files upon installation?

hellooo,,, i recently installed the pc version of fo4 and it’s been giving me a hard time. i was able to open it once (1) but the dimensions were weird so i exited out of the game to go look for fixes. and now i’m greeted with another problem. i’m missing the following files (steam_api64.dll, bink2w64.dll, flexrelease_x64.dll, flexextrelease_x64.dll) ive checked the file integrity multiple times and it always comes up fine. i’ve debated trying to reinstall the game but the thing is i have slow dsl and it’ll take about 3-4 days to reinstall and i’d rather not do that if there’s a way to fix it. thanks to anyone who can help me or provide advice. xo

I've never read a thread where a player had your issue. I am No expert on Anything but, my question is, do you by chance have a 32 bit OS?

Please post your full system specs as seen by Steam. Go to Help at the top of your Steam window, then System Information. Copy to Clipboard and paste it here.

I would try re-installing Steam first.

Follow Rider:s suggestion. And do you know what system you have on your PC?

You have some of the best people around here helping you out. I would start with grimus's suggestion, but I am leaning toward Ronr's explanation. If you follow grimus's instructions that should tell the story.

try to find these files yourself and delete it yourself. Then do verify the integrity again.

If that did not help, look for "appmanifest_377160.acf". Delete it. Redo that integrity stuff again.
