Perk Chart won't open

When I go into my Pip-boy and press "T" the screen darkens, and makes a sound as if it just opened the perk menu, but the menu isn't shown. Pressing "T" a second time reverts the screen back to the pip-boy. I no longer have any mods which would effect this, but I had Be Exceptional installed previously. Please help!

Well it was quite simple, I hadn't disabled the esp for Be exceptional. But, this would mean Be exceptional (Or the version I downloaded) was conflicting with another mod I installed.

Edit: By the way, you need LevelUpMenuEx to actually use Be Exceptional, otherwise it'll just crash after showing a darkened screen and trying to move to another cell of the world map.

2 years, almost to the day, and you helped me out. I didn't have LevelUpMenuEx installed. Mishmashing collections is dangerous work. Thanks much!
