Fallout 4 Black screen on loadup through launcher [SOLVED]

Fallout 4 will not play when I launch it. I have been playing this game since it first came out and this is the first time it has done this for me.

I researched it over and over and still have not found a solution to my problem.
I changed the Fallout4Prefs.ini. No use on that.
I have launched it in windowed mode with bordless on. No help there.

I dont have an graphics mod what so ever. No enb. I did find the F4SE could cause the problem, but that it may be only with an ENB that has reshade.

Yesterday I was playing it fine. I installed a couple of mods from the nexus this morning then it happened. Also I do have all the creation club mods. I am a chump for that. I do know some of them caused problems but that didn't seem to be the case yesterday.

And before I forget the mention. I use LOOT for my load order since I am lazy not to adjust it my self. I hear that it is a bad app for these games but it has not been a problem before.

My computer set up is 2 years old now. I have a Nvidia Geforce GTX 960 and I just updated the driver today. I have an AMD FX(tm)-8320 Eight-Core Processor. 16 GB Ram. And my monitor sizes is 1920 x 1080, 60Hz.

Like I said this has never happened before. This is very new and I tried every single solution to fix it. I may end up reinstall fallout 4 and carefully pick mods I want to use but first I want to see what you guys can offer.

EDIT 1: I use the Nexus Mod Manager to launch through F4SE. I don't know if that causes problems or not.

EDIT 2: I solved the problem for my self. It was most of the quests mods i had enabled. This may not be the case for others with this problem.

Ok, the first thing I suggest is to either try the hotfix Nvidia put out for it's newest drivers or revert back to the set you had before you updated today. I recommend doing a clean install of the drivers. There have been a few reports of players having issues with that latest set.

Edit; You might also want to at least disable those mods you just installed, then try to launch the game. Nothing else works, consider uninstalling them.

Right now I am reinstalling Fallout 4. I got very impatient with it not working. I forgot to mention the reason why I did install the updated driver is because of this reason. I am trying it again, but this time, I am not going to use many of the old or outdated mods and/or script heavy mods.

I had the exact same problem I had to reload the game like 20 times to fix this I was trying everything: run as administrator, run compatibility mode, change resolution etc when it turned out to just be a simple graphic option if I remember its called "Screen space something" found in the advanced options through launcher I simply unticked that and lowered the anistropic or whatever its called from 16 samples to 8 samples then the game worked fine and fixed the blank screen issue for me might be worth trying im hoping the issue wont come back :( hope you get it to work.

If it does it again, I will try what you said. But before for two years I could play it on default Ultra settings without any problems. I don't know why it caused it this time. I have Fallout 4 on the PS4, since the CC broke the game, i switched to Fallout 4 on Xbox One, then starting a new game caused Codsworth to not do anything leaving me to not progess the story. So I switched back to PC since it is eaiser to fix. Then it did this. Bethesda sure does make great games, but hell, it is poorly optimized and they dont even fix it!

I think that it is a Creation Club 'mod' that I shamingly bought.

I actually do not know. I havent played Fallout 4 on the PC in a while. Do you use creation club mods. If so, I recommend reinstalling Fallout 4 and downloading one CC mod then restarting Fallout 4 and download another one. Rinse and repeat. This is what I heard that can help with problems with the creation club. I am sorry I cannot be of much help to your problem.

It is all good, all I need is that one file I actually bought two other mods just for the files I needed and this is the last one I need and have failed to figure out which mod has it

I've had that same problem ccTOSFO4001-NeoSky.esm is included in the Noir Penthouse
