Purple items usually mean a problem with textures. Whatever underwear mod this is, uninstall it completely and then reinstall the latest version of it if you weren't already using the latest.

If you're talking about the underwear that comes default with the game and not an equippable item, then the mod you'll have to reinstall is CBBE

would be epic to see her leading obama around in his outfit by a chain hooked up to her xerxes 300 style throne as she sits on it being pulled around by her followers. when you attack her she screams delete delete delete and other stuff, if she kills you she denies doing it or having any involvement in it and blames the russians. her weapon is a fatman that shoots taco bowls or green bile from her mouth when up close

when you kill her and free him yu will get a tweet message from trump and obama will become a follower and say random things like "you know if obama care was still around there would be fewer ghouls" or just says random things he's proud of doing but in reality, it just shows how much of an idiot traitor he really is lol . i would play everyday
