Bandanas not showing

Not just me but bandanas arent visible on anything, humans, synths or dogs.

Any ideas. Ill post my mod list.

You have to click on the item in their inventory to make them wear it.

Mods have been known to cause skins conflicts. Personally, I run the game vanilla, with only the free DLC HD textures installed.
