Help with mass fusion building

OMG i haven't found the key for the elevator,can't progress with the berillium agitator mission O.o i even tried with glitch videos on youtube(the levitation with the bucket),but ended stuck INSIDE the elevator,with no card so i just had to reload. So sad!I am totally stuck,without that mission i can't progress :(

Haven't done that one in a long time. Is it sitting on top of a desk? or maybe that is the toy factory one. I do know, that elevator glitches alot on me and you fall to your death, so make sure you are wearing PA when you do it.

it should have been on a desk(watched youtube videos about it),but it is not.Without the keycard can't use the elevator to reach the top of mass building.Tried to do so by exploiting a glitch(grab a bucket and by holding it press the down button with your back on a wall,you'll levitate!),but still can't get high enough.Damn!

Here's the wiki page for the Mass Fusion Building. The Executive suite key card does not spawn until you have started the quest Mass Fusion.

Assuming you have started the quest and the key card still has not spawned, you can add it to your inventory by using the console.

Open the console[~] and type player.additem 0014fd7d 1 hit Enter and close the console[~]. That will add the key card to your inventory and allow you to use the elevator.

I guess you could fly there with TCL command if it's in the same game cell. If nothing else works.
