(Mods) Entering Combat causes CTD

Pulling my hair out for the last two days.



Mod order has slowly got larger over the last few months, and this randomly started happening, not after a specific mod was installed.



Specs: i7-6700k 4.2Ghz

16Gb DDR4 2133

GTX 1080

I know this is a lot but I've run over 320+ plugins before with no issue, I am not sure why these don't sit right.
Currently I have disable a plugin 1 by 1 and launched the game to see if a specific mod was the cause. This didn't work.
I completely uninstalled everything (Including my saves) and started fresh, I could start the game with no mods, and slowly add them. Its not until I add all of them that I get a crash.
I added an enb and tried the enb boost patch to see if it helped, I can now enter combat for about 1-2 seconds and then I get a crash to desktop.
Currently the crash only happens when I go to kill the first rad roach in the vault.
I have tried using 3 different alternative start mods to try and exit directly to the wasteland with no avail.
LOOT did not help either.

Running out of options. Any help would be gracious.
