What you could do is add some perks to your list via console commands.
It's a bit of a cheat but in your case would be justified.
others would be able to advise you exactly what to do but you could find out the codes for some of the perks you would've chosen and input them ... and you'll then have that perk.
just don't go crazy ....
You can always just start from the save the game makes when you exit the vault ... You're about to get your first perk, and you get to keep your face. Consider what you've learned and do it better this time. If you get into mods you'll be restarting often enough anyway. LOL
If you just want to grab a perk you feel you need and missed, by all means just add it.
the command is player.addperk <perk ID> you can google FO4 perks there are a few complete lists out there or just type Help "perk name" into the console and you'll get a short list. generally the lower the ID the lower the rank. If you accidently pick a higher rank you don't miss out on the lower one.
But trust me, when you start down that road you seem to always ruin it for yourself later on when you become over powered toooo early. Suck it up and press on. :)
