-SOLVED- (Nuka-World) Can't start Cappy in a Haystack - Sierra won't talk
I can't seem to figure out what the issue is. Whenever I first see Sierra and try talking to her, I get no response. I've tried commands like resetai and recycleactor, but nothing has worked so far. I do have mods, and one that adds map markers to the quest, but uninstalling it didn't help.
Anyone else had this issue?
Edit: I can't talk to Gage now either
2nd Edit: Turns out it was the Player Comments mod. uninstalling it fixed the quest start if anyone else has this issue

I think you have to overhear her have a conversation with a raider or something to trigger it.

Hmm that's strange. there is a raider next to her, but they aren't talking to each other

Great tip. I did not have the Player Comments mod installed, but did have Roleplayer's Expanded Dialogue (RED) installed. Switched that OFF and boom, Sierra started talking. Checked the mod's page on Nexus and there was an update for it (Next-Gen issue).

The newer versions of Player Comments messed up the dialog with Shank for me, preventing to start any 'Home Sweet Home' settlement raiding quests.
Had to revert to version 2.63.
