Hunter/Hunted wont start

Hi, so i reached virgil, talked to him, then the dialouge stopped, since i was streaming i wasnt paying attention and when it stopped i ran outside, then i forgot what i was suppose to do so i checked my quests, nothing, i thought about it and ran back inside, and tryed talking to virgil, he doesnt respond or even see me as existing, litearlly his head wont look at me. so i traveled to green tech and nothing, trying setstage <Hunter/Hunted quest im suppose to have> 10, nothing again. i have NOT met the railroad or BOS, so idk if i need to, but im currently going to railroad first, because i hate the church. so thats it. yeah... help

After talkign to Virgil you would have had to talk to a NPC about making the teleporter. Which would be Sturges, Tinker Tom, or Proctor Whatsherface.

oh.... i thought i was suppose to get the courser chip first then have tinker tom anayzle? also proctor engram i think?

im having this exact same problem. I have no idea what is causing it, would you mind uploading your load order if you have mods?

go to the cit place and see if the tracker comes on

after your first visit to virgil you are told to go to the C I T Ruins and turn your pip boy radio on to the becon.
That should start the Quest.

Thats the thing, it wouldnt appear, cause the quest didnt start, i just said f it, and skipped that quest.

Firsts off, this is for people who want to skip the quest as well. I did that by downloading the cheat terminal and open the holotape from the mod, then I clicked on quests>fix main quests>[the molecular level - Fix quest not start ..... That should start the Molecular Level, allowing you to continue the story line. Of course, you'll also need to add the courser chip, just do that by "player.additem 0006d0e8"

i used console commands to force start it. lemme find the command and ill send it to you, im just waking up rn.
