A bit of fun - with Piper

I got Piper a power suit and told her to wear it, she did. Then I traded with her and took her red coat off her. THen I told Piper to exit the power suit, and she did. Without clothes on!!! By this time I was quite tired so we went to bed. In the morning I traded with her and gave her back the red coat, and she immediately put it on! Must have been chilly poor girl.

The weird part is not that people can remove clothes while in a power armour frame, but that they managed to fit inside the frame with them on in the first place.

It's one thing for a Brotherhood knight to hop in wearing a bodysuit (or one of the other outfits that can fit underneath regular armour), but it gets to be a bit of a stretch when you can enter a frame decked out in a full suit of marine armour.

Not that it's doing more than avoiding some tedious inventory swapping, of course, since you don't get the benefit of other armour/clothing while in a power armour frame (so it's automatically as if you undressed before entering the frame).

This same trick can be done with most armour pieces and sundry other items of apparel.

yes, I have piper now in spike armour, patrolman sunglasses and Army Helmet in my screenshots, she looks the business and delivers

I think I will have to make a full winter outfit from Pampas for her. I just don't like other bodysuits with the jacket, but she could get a bit cold in that "Hey, I am a teenage girl from year 2000" -outift. :p

I second that! After 10 full playthroughs, I'm still discovering new aspects of the game. Maybe they are small and insignificant in the big picture, but more often than not, they are quite unteresting.

Speaking of which, now I'm curious if Piper or other companions will say smth when visiting Lone Cabin or w/e with the girl's skeleton in it, the one who was pregnant and her parent threw a fit?! Danse's comment made me shed a tear. I think I have a new mini quest on my hands
