Sounds like your are not in the right folders as well. Should be a HUGE list of outfits from the vanilla/DLC.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4
Those meshes exist on your PC, otherwise you wouldnt see them in game, lol.
I had the same issue when I first started using it. I think it had to do with using a shortcut to bodyslide instead of launchig\ng body slide through NMM?
Which kinda makes since since NMM knows where it stored those filed.
