Possible to get the Aeternus after killing all raider gangs in Nuka World?

I already went down the line where I kill all the raiders in Nuka World, and found out about the Aeternus and what I need to do to obtain it. My question is, though, is it still possible to get it despite everyone being wiped out?

Carried by the rogue knight during the quest Amoral Combat. The quest must be repeated until the rogue knight is the challenger. Upon their defeat, they will drop Aeternus.

Yes, but it's hard to trigger. I recommend doing the commands

resetquest: DLC04SettlementFF01
setstage: DLC04SettlementFF01 5

Complete the quest, then repeat until you get Aeturnus. However, if you never completed the Grand Tour, then you will be totally unable to acquire it without spawning it in via console.

Do I type them in one by one, because when I do I just get errors.

Missing parameter Quest.

Oh, leave out the colons. I forgot I added those. if the ID for the quest still doesn't function, go to the wiki and retrieve it from there. Do them one by one (Reset, then set) and try to exit out of console after entering each command to minimize risk. (Sorry If my grammar's bad, I haven't had much sleep lately and am rather tired).
