Captain Cosmos board game locations?
I went to General Atomics Galleria (one of the delivery locations), but all I found was the dispenser. Does the board game location function randomly like Slocum's Joe ingredients?

yes, some vendors also will carry them (mostly junk dealers from what I understand)

So... if a merchant has a high junk count, there is a chance for a Captain Cosmos board game, but straight junk dealers have a higher chance?
