Are these two weapon mods compatible?

Wasteland Melody's Service Rifle

Miniguns Standalone

When i downloaded the Miniguns Standalone mod created by Skibadaa, it said that do you want to overwrite Wasteland Melody's Service Rifle that was already installed ingame. Will it have an affect if i say yes to overwrite Wasteland Melody's Service Rifle with Miniguns Standalone? Just want to make sure incase i ♥♥♥♥ up.

So your using NMM? The message you got is not overwriting the entire mod, its overwritting a specific file. It's probably harmless, but hard to tell without knowing the name of the file.

It comes up with a msg saying "do you want to over the service rifle?" Its basically changing/overwriting the service rifle.

Which file does it want to override? both mods comes with loose files. Aint not comparing those. If there are no matching files, you are safe to go.

To late to ask, I just overwrited it. Game seems fine, just have to find where the mini gun spawns.
