Sturges

Does anyone else absolutely hate sturges? Like at this oint, he annoys me as much, if not more than preston garvey. HJe always talks like sanctuary was his idea or that he did anything to build it. Half the time when i try to talk to him to swap stuff or even walk by him without pressing e at all, he just says: I'm busy. I hate him.

When you leave the vault go to Sanctuary and build 5 beds, stick in some plants and a couple water pumps then a couple turrets on the house with the workshop.

Later when they have arrived you can talk to him a few times to finish all the missions, then leave sanctuary and never come back.

Yeah he's annoying AF. Build a guard post in Sanctuary as far away as possible from where you hang out the most and assign him to that but he's such a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ he'll find a way to hammer the wall or tend a crop and generally annoy TF out of you anyways

Oh Nose! There are a couple of NPCs in the game that don't fawn all over you and treat you like a savior god! How to endure all the pain and hurt! Maybe, if you tell your mommy how mean the game is to you, she will give you a cookie.
The ones that are rude to you are a welcome break from all the rest.

Sturges sucks, Marcy on the other hand.. She's a real gem.

The hammering is Beth's way of trying to show you that he's working on sanctuary -- in the most annoying way possible. I blame Beth for that, not the character of Sturges.

In fact, I think he's one of the more well-written and memorable characters.

"Well, my door is always open to you, windows too! Some walls as well, come to think of it."

And some banter with cogsworth is just funny (and insulting to brits): "Right-o. Codsworth. Well, we're the new neighbors. Maybe you can have us over later, for a cup of tea or something." (LMAO)

Sturges is ok, it is that one woman what's her name, she is excruciatingly annoying. I always kill her using the sleep kill perk when I got the gang.

I still wonder if sturges dropping a synth component when you console-kill him is a bug. If Beth forgot to add synth components to other very real and verifiable synths, it is very possible that they just mixed up the loot tables and that is why Sturges drops the component.

Opps. I use Taffington boat house, Jamacia plains and Hangmans alley as my mains. Sanctuary is just too out of the way. I don't fast travel thopugh.
