Why is there no creation club for NV modern rifles?

I'm surprised and ashamed that no creation club creator has made any service rifle or other rifles/guns from the Mojave. Who would be the person to request to for this?

There are Already weapon Mods just as good for those weapons.

Like the Service Rifle mods. The Fallout 4: New Vegas team have been slowly releasing New Vegas weapon mods as they develop them for their upcoming New Vegas in Fallout 4 mod.
Edit: Also, The Anti-Material rifle in CC is the same that was in New Vegas. The LAER and many other NV gun mods are also available.

There is a service rifle, but why would you pay for it when its free on the Nexus? Several other guns from NV as well, all free.

I'm trying to use the least amount of mods from nexus and what not for my games as I've had almost every mod end up cluttering my scripts or making my games unstable and I've had too many dirty mods.

I'd prefer to have truly tested and developer verified mods from the creation club. It seems silly but I'm burnt out of rubbish mods. And I just want the gun, not more stupid things like modern tactical weapons mod with new ammo types. Just a simple - HD clean Service Rifle that fires the actual 5.56 ammo.

Yeah, about that tested and verified part...

Plenty of CC stuff is still glitched and messy. Just look how many CC fixes you can find on the nexus.

Of course, creation club items are mostly way more stable and clean than most third party mods, but still, not all mods are bad.

Speaking of the service rifle, I do recommend DeadPool2099's mod. It's very high quality, mostly bug free and also comes with unique variants of the service rifle from New Vegas, such as the Survivalist's Rifle or All-American.
