Fallout 4 [Question] : How i can unequip a pip-boy from a npc ?

[Commands allowed] I see the Pip Boy from the Vault - Tec DLC works like Lorenzo's helmet. If i use a unequip command on a settler it should work ?

It should as long as you get the id of the equiped pip boy in their inventory the console command showinventory should reveal that. Unless the pip boy is part of an outfit then it will just show up again even if you remove it from their inventory.

Basicall in the console target the npc then type

Showinventory

In the results it should show an equipped pip boy simply use its id with the command

UnequipItem ; follow this with the ID
