NPC bug (stuck underwater)
I was doing a quest to unlock the Warwick Homestead, but when i came back the questgiver was suddenly taking a bath in one of those water treatment tanks.

He doesn't seem to move out of the water and i can't talk to him either to end the quest... :steamfacepalm:
I tried going to Sanctuary, resting a night and returning afterwards, in the hopes that would reset his location, but no luck.

What should i do?

It will probably be fixed now, because you quit the game and will be reloading. Going somewhere and resting for a time is only half the solution. Something like 7-9 minutes of real time must also pass to force a reset.

Hmm but going back to Sanctuary and returning took easily some 10-15 minutes i'd say.

No idea. You can always use the console command to move the bugger to you. I do not like advising to use the console because it is too easy to really muck up. But sometimes ya gotta.

Yeah, looks like i'll have to. :steamsad:

Quitting the game didn't help btw.
