Fallout 4 1440p 144Hz G-sync fix?

Anyone have issues with FO4 crashing right at start up (doesn't even show Bethesda logo) with a 1440p 144Hz monitor set to 2560x1440? I have no mods installed either - did a clean install, G-sync off.

Anyone care to share their monitor settings? I have an Acer Predator XB271HU bmiprz

Try deleting the .ini files in %UserProfile%\Documents\My Games\Fallout4 and starting with fresh ones.
