Green hair
Is there any way to get green hair?

Yes. With mods. The Nuka World dlc was supposed to add additional hair styles and colors, but it's kind of bugged. Mods will get what you are looking for right out the gate though.

its not bugged you cant just choose em on charakter creation on a fresh play thru. As soon your in Diamond city you can get your pink/green/blue hair inculiding the ones out of Nuka World.

Without the DLC indeed look for the mods, ton of Hair mods including colors around

I say bugged, because my was. Not very common. So I ignored it. I started a new game after each dlc (because you basically have to), and all I could get were the haircuts. I has no new color options. Like I said, I wasn't worried about it, so I just left it. I wasgoing to mod that save eventually anyways!

Some hair mods conflict with the Nuka World colors. There are patches out for (most of) them now, but when Nuka World was first released it was an issue. I had to stop using one of the favorite hair color mods just to check out the NW colors back then, I went and reactivated the mod because I preffered the colors it had over the red and green options in Nuka World.
