Why is there not a 'Repair Sanctuary Hills' mod?

Ive seen mods that restore it to 'pre-war' but nothing that just repairs the houses, fixing the walls and roofs with the existing rusty textures.

It would be so nice to see the houses made livable.

Most workshop mods pull assets that weren't available to the player but were in the game and makes them available to the player. In the case of Sanctuary houses there is no 'fixed up' version in the game. I don't even know if the SDK allows inserting assets at that level.
