Invisible Pip-Boy Bug

So I've tried all the fixes i can find through google, still to no avail. The thing is, I know it's usually the power armor that bugs it out, yet my problem doesn't quite match up with other ones i've been reading, so i'll try to explain it here:

- Pip-Boy shows up fine while I'm wearing power armor

- After exiting the armor and trying to use the pip-boy, the text shows up along the bottom, but its the power armor pip-boy ui, and the menu's are invisible

- I've checked player.inv both in the power armor (it doesn't show I have any extra power armor frames equipped), and out (it doesn't show any power armor frames at all)

- Regardless, I attempted to dump all of my inventory in a workbench and enter/exit the power armor....still no pip-boy

- I've equipped/removed every power armor frame, and then added/equipped my pip-boy....didn't work

Just in case it's of any interest, I have none of the other problems generally associated with the bugged power armor/pip-boy:
- I can sprint without power armor
- I can punch without it making the power armor punch noise
- I can use vats
- I can use amor/weapon workbenches, sit in chairs, etc etc.

Just curious if anyone has any suggestions.

Try and unequip all armor and clothing, then enter and exit the power armor.
Equip a different pip-boy skin.
There is also a console command to give you the pip-boy again.

I have no idea if any of that will fix your problem though.

if i understand it right u have the worse of the 2 PA Pip Boy Bugs. there is a Version that has nothing to do with doubled PA frame equiped but with simply entering a "bad" PA Frame.
Got it not long ago too. Cait just leaved a PA i ordered here in at my last scavenge run just after i ended sleeping in a settlement, and i cant order here in again.
Thought it was because she left the frame at a not reachable spot, and entered sayed PA myself. end of the line was when i left the PA i still coud use the Pip Boy but on its Screen was nothing as long i wasnt in PA. this Bug is only fixable in loading a save from before entering the bugged frame and stay away from it. not even console can help at this bug version.

Yeah, I just checked my inventory again and realized I'm showing 2 pipboys...for sure i can't just remove one to fix it? Damn...not so bad I guess,only 3 hours of gameplay to the last save where it works, but damn :(

at least u coud go back problemfree. i play on survival, and there u only get 3 rotating saves. when i recogniced something was wrong the oldest of the 3 slots was my last resort because the 2 newer ones where made after the corruption.

Still available in GOTy Edition this Bug. Weird. I had this Problem 5 Minutes ago. Rmember that it is since released not fixed.
