Vault-Tec Calling DLC trouble. Stuck on the mission A Model Citizen

So this is my 5th playthrough of the game but only my second time with Vault 88 as I only really got all the dlc recently. The first time I followed the directions to the letter but this time around instead of killing the feral ghouls, I used the workshop to remove and delete them.

This has caused a big problem for me as I cannot progress past this point in the dlc or use any dialogue options to bypass the fact that I deleted the ghouls isntead of killing them. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the dlc but that only put me back in the same situation, and I really don't want to load back to a previous save because then I would have lost all my dlc progress on everything else I have made.

Is there a way to force a restart of the dlc or anything that can help me aside from restarting my game?

Go into your console and type
Setstage xx0043e5 150
If the quest actually is "Vault Tec calling", otherwise,
Setstage xx004840 100
If she wants you to kill the ghouls, "better living underground". XX is the load order of the dlc.

If this is the first instant of Ghoul slaying in the quest, type SetStage xx004840 110
for XX you must fill in the load order of the DLC, like WarMachine says, for me the command read as follows
