Usable for PC users. Not for OP though.
When you do move to use mods, then Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch does enable dead body cleanup scripts. Several were bugged, or completely missing.
Those corpses are not in vanilla scrap list.
Scrap, no. Console remove, yes.
Save your game. Open console target the object then type disable, then type markfordelete. Disable makes it invisible and no longer exist, markfordelete will actually delete the object next time the cell loads.
I guess I'll just have to bite the bullet and use the settlement as is and try out the method that Spec Ops posted. Hope those blasted holes disapear.
