Unforgetable line...
Kellogg is best taken with milk in a bowl *smacks, smacks*
:D - He is rather funny though -- especially when he starts to get nervous when you're oh-so-close to his person about to finish his miserable life.
Man, Shaun is just...Shaun. I really have no description for him -- none of it funny. Institutionalized?
I do like the Mutant banter at times. :)
It was actually a super mutant conversation in Fallout 3 that really made me go O.o ...something about one of them remembering a woman, then saying no, maybe they *were* a woman. That wasn't funny though, it was more sad.
Fallout 4 hilarious enemies... uhhh, I might have found a broken-legged legendary quantum junkbot hilarious if it hadn't been my 7th or 8th potential death in a row (trying to break General Atomics Factory post-level-80 in Survival running squishy modified Infiltrator build). Thankfully, that was the attempt that succeeded. Definitely creepy if nothing else, watching that thing slide along the floor after the sneak meter cleared, oblivious to the fact that I was taking aim in VATS and realizing, "omg HE IS ALMOST DED."
Oh, definitely flying *anything* from VATS pistol kills or the occasional VATS glitch melee kill. Except for, y'know, the "my loot! D: " problem.
But then there's Super Mutants. Super Mutants are the only enemy in the game (aside from a few robots) that are *allowed* to be human. They're self-aware, they're arrogant and stupid and sometimes surprisingly clever in their stupidity...all the hallmarks of humanity that is completely missing from every actual human character (terrified you might be offended, I guess). The beautiful arrogance of "I AM SUPER MUTANT" brings a smile to my face every time.
Of course, if you think "LOOK ITS STILL TRYING TO GET ME WITH NO LEGS AND NOW I'LL MAKE ITS HEAD ASPLODE" is funny then yeah the game is hilarious. (I'm not saying that isn't satisfying, but if you think that's funny and it doesn't make you think "wait, why exactly is this funny?" well...)
