Fog Condensers Down quest broken (bug) Can anyone help me?
The quest is totally broken, I got it for the first time and went to longfellows cabin to repair them, but I am unable to repair or even interact with them, in and out of workshop mode. The only interaction is with the jug that adds condensed fog junk item to your inventory.

Its stuck at 3/4 of them repaired. I saw settlers go up to them with blowtorches but since then the last mystery one is impeding progress. Its effectively broken, because I also read that monsters are supposed to attack until you get them back up, and that hasnt happened either, not a single monster has attacked, and its been many in game days since I originally got the quest.

In the quest log the text description is grayed out, which Ive never seen before, and Im unable to untrack the quest, so the marker is stuck permanently. Ive tried console command to setstage, on all different stages, to no avail. Does anyone know of a fix?

Maybe selecting a condenser and using enable or activate command? Im not even sure its even possible for the quest to progress, as I mentioned, its grayed out and stuck as a marked quest. I was looking forward to a cool castle defense kind of thing, and it would really suck if I have to lose out on these quests because of this bug. At the very least Id like to be rid of the quest marker that litters my compass.

Load an earlier save game and restart the quest?

Did you ever find a solution to this? Here's my reddit post on the issue:

I've been replaying Fallout 4 since Steam put the DLC bundle on sale in December, 2022 and ran into this bug with fog condensers for the first time now in 2023. My particular quest was at Longfellow's Cabin and I couldn't repair all the fog condensers so I couldn't complete the quest. I couldn't interact with the NPC without getting the 'trade items' BS. I found a console command that ends the quest and gives you credit for it:

completequest DLC03WorkshopRadiantOwned01

where "DLC03WorkshopRadiantOwned01" is the Quest ID.
