What fps are you getting?
My GPU is on par with yours, not sure what CPU you have but I lock my fps 60fps and it never dips with this mod
Perhaps this is somehow connected to the precombined meshes / previs data.
I already use the mod https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/26286 that fixes / overrides all city area previs / precomb data that is missing from vanilla or broken by other mods like Tales of the commonwealth.
Maybe that's why it doesn't affect my game.
Enable: borderless windowed
Disable: vsync
Set iFPSClamp to 58 in your config
Did some googling, came across this thread. Figured what the hell and downloaded the mod.
IT FIXED EVERYTHING.
I have no idea what the science behind it is but this mod is a must have.
fair enough, you'll just have to suffer with poor fps then
