can I run it?

So I am thinking about buying Fallout 4 GOTY since I really want to play it (I did play it a few years ago at my cousins house, but never did much). I thought I would finally be able to play it since I got my PC 2 weeks ago.

However, when I check my computer on sites like Systemrequirementslab and Gamedebate, they say I can't run it.

Now the reason I ask this here is because they also say I can't run Skyrim SE, which I can on medium settings at 30fps (which is enough for me, I know people will think I am crazy), but I think it's 60 in unpopulated areas, WITH Open Cities mod....maybe some frame drops when fighting dragons.

But anyway, I thought I would get some input from here. Could I run Fallout 4 GOTY?

Processor: AMD A10-9700 RADEON R7, 10 COMPUTE CORES 4C+6G, 3500 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
RAM: 8GB
Graphics: AMD Radeon R7 Graphics and AMD Radeon R5 435

I know it isn't a "gaming" pc, but it is a decent power right? So then, what's the word on F4 GOTY?

Cpu is fine but the graphics card is so borderline abysmal that it's impossible to say, it could run fine at 720p or then be below 20 fps.

If you can try it and then get a refund just give it a shot.

The APU is trash. Its both parts of the computer.
