Todd confirmed today it was a dating sim.

Can't he think of a cheaper way to get laid?

It seems like the idea is to see if there is a market for MP like ESO. I don't see a lot of overlap with FO4. I think I'll just ignore it like ESO and wait for FO5

It isnt like ESO. It looks like an upgraded Fallout 4 engine.

This is a guess, but it could be single player focused but you can invite others to enter your game. So like Fallout 4 with a new focus beyond the story similar but not the same as settlements, yet you can invite friends.

Seems to be even more survival focused as well. As in tough to get gear and food and stay healthy etc.

DLC may be a focus to. Large DLC and maybe small, which some may not like, but could be excellent. Dont want a donut shop? Fine dont buy it. With larger DLC like Far harbour, perfectly playable without, but definately adds alot.

Last of all, there may be no multi player at all and that rumour was about a different title.

9 days and 17 hours to find out watching the press conference. :)

Don't trust any youtubers, this is a "GOLD RUSH" phase of rumors. People will make videos about everything to get those youtube pennies. They don't know ♥♥♥♥, they are just spouting off rumors or straight up lying.
Aka #MattyGate before fallout 4 was released

Anyone wants proof of this, just listen to MXR state that no one is buying Creation Club credits...

I just checked, Creation Club credits are on the 8th page for top sellers... They were on the third page earlier today, guessing before the weekend sales kicked in...

Dont belive it if it isnt from bethesda
But Club Creator allows modders getting paid for their hard work. Why do people complain about it, I don't understand!

MxR is one of the worst bethesda youtubers you can come across anyway, making bank off of other peoples mods and with them not being a credible source the best guess you can have is it's their own speculation.

Some leaks were true in the past, but until E3 (which is in what, 9 days?) it's best to just wait til then.

Because "I want everything for free!", "This is paid mods, mods should be free!", "They're ripping off mod authors!", "This already exists"..yeah, that sort of mentality
Although, there are two bad things about creation club that I think most can at least agree with:

A) Their quality control is..meh
B) Forcing users to buy large credit packs for some creations is a bit flawed to be honest with you, at least offer a custom amount, or offer the creations on steam so they can buy it straight up.
(Steam has a policy about seperate store purchases).

Wanting free mods is not against CC. Use both, I own all CC content and have over 300 Plugins....

I doubt that's over 300 unless you did some merging..unless you did some black magic to go over the 255 limit.

Yes I say Plugins, not merget plugins. ESL wont count to 255 limit..... So I have downloaded some mods that have ESL option and some ESP file I have turned to ESL....
there were no offical tools for skyrim for a few months but there were mods the next day, unless its not running creation it's pointless to even try

Yeah, this is my way of thinking too... Presuming no non-CC mods is accurate, people will find a way around this on PC before too long...

Only hitch will be that any game mechanics changing mods will obviously cause problems during (again presuming it's true) any sort of coop play...

Texture and UI mods should not pose any problems however, as they are common place in many online games...

Frankly, incompatibility with coop play is the only legitimate argument I could see Bethesda making as to why they'd try to restrict modding 76... But even then, there'd be nothing stopping them simply adding the caveat that modding is not supported in coop play, etc...

I cab see mods being incompatible with PvP, why is it incompatibile with co-op?

Ever tried playing a multiplayer game when two people are running different mods, or even one of those two running mods? Usually results in one or the other crashing from my past experience, due to each person's game not communicating properly with the other as a result of those mods trying to do things, or change things, the other game cannot understand...

Now, like I said, textures and UI should be fine, but could you imagine a mod that alters combat mechanics, or weapon damage etc? You're going to have each game fighting with the other because the instructions the mods are giving each game do not match, resulting in them crashing out, or failing to communicate...

Though I obviously can't speak for 76, every other game I've tried to play in the past in multiplayer has required I disable any sort of gameplay altering mods, before I could get a stable game going, sometimes I couldn't even find other players while using custom mods (due to the game detecting different game files)...

Pure speculation at the moment, and MXR is also promoting incorrect information anyway, since people ARE buying Creation Club credits...
