How do I set up the Soda Fountain?
I have multiple things connected to one generator in a non-vault settlement, I hate a terminal connected to the Soda Fountain, so why can't I choose how I want it to work?

the soda fountain is set when you do the Vault 88 quest. The test you chose in Vault 88 is the settings for all your soda fountains...and exercise bikes....and slot machines....
