Stuck in the Harbor Grand Hotel

I'm on on of the randolph Safehouse missions. This one has taken me the Far Harbor and the Harbor Grand Hotel. After clearing the hotel of Super Mutants I can't leave. I try to exit and get a black screen "Exit to the Island" shws with the "E" to press. But doind so just makes the game crash. It happens at every exit from the hotel. It simply won't advance. Any suggestions? Maybe a concole command to end this particular mission? I thought it was SetStage RRR06 300, but that does nothing.
